Case Studies
Capture a result someone else can assess.
Use a five-part story
Record the starting problem, the work completed, the result, the measurement period, and the source of the numbers. Add the limits of the comparison and permission to identify any customer or contributor.
Keep the evidence beside the work
Retain the original brief, reviewed artifact, and measurement notes as you create. They make a later story more useful than a result recalled from memory. Verified customer case studies are not published here yet.
